Geocaching
What is Geocaching?
Well, it's basically a cross between orienteering using a GPS unit and a treasure hunt. "Caches" are created by every day people and are posted on a web site www.geocaching.com. The cache typically consists of some kind of container with items and a log book inside. The owner of the cache goes on the web site and enters information about the cache like: GPS Coordinates, contents, and any hints they may want to give. Anyone that wants to go Geocaching goes on the web site and finds a cache they want to try to find. They then copy down, or print the cache page and go hunting...
