There are quite a few resources I use for planning motorcycle trips and some of the online resources are quite handy for up-to-date information.

Here are a few that I use:

• SundayMorningRides.com – US roads organized by state.
• MotorcycleRoads.com -Nice site with maps and each route is rated.
• MotorcycleRoads.us -Also has maps where you can see the routes visually tagged by colour.
• RoadsNW.com -Lenghty description of routes. Pretty useful.
• RoadTripAmerica.com -Interesting site with all sorts of road-trip related information.
• Pashnit.com – Mostly California roads, but lots and lots of details. Requires paid membership.
• LateralG – Mostly California roads, but lots of good info.

Any other sites I should know about?

There’s an iPhone app for WordPress. Pretty cool but seems to have some bugs…

Wow, so many new things last year… Where to begin? Well, I’m going to try playing with WordPress as a blog & web site. Drupal is just too much work to maintain. I’m hoping to use this with very few plugins and customizations.
